As your ordered product is custom and made for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you receive a defective item or the print is wrong, please contact us at info@popshadow.com with details of the product and the defect.
You will have an option to get a refund, after either sending your product back to us or sending a proof that you destroyed it. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment or ship a new product without defects.
